This project consisted of multiple phases of interior and exterior renovations. Phase 1 consisted of renovating 37,000 sq. ft. of corridors, common space, rooms and offices while being occupied. The scope of work included new low voltage above an existing ceiling, electrical upgrades including new fixtures throughout, new HVAC chilled water piping, sitework, and parking renovations.
