22,180 sq. ft. renovation of 31-bed medical-surgical unit and support space. Project included the removal of 90% of existing construction and replacing it with a new layout that provided larger, more modern patient rooms and required support space. Project features included 4 rooms with ceiling mounted patient lifts, telemetry, and Cerner Smart Room infrastructure. Construction took 4.5 months.
